Subscription & Cancellation Policy

CAFFYN subscriptions are designed to make clean, precision-dosed caffeine easy to keep on hand. When you subscribe, your selected product will automatically renew based on the delivery frequency shown at checkout.

Subscription Billing

Your subscription will renew automatically unless it is paused, changed, or cancelled before the next billing date. The subscription price, discount, delivery frequency, and product details will be shown before checkout and in your subscription confirmation.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through the customer portal link provided in your subscription emails. This may include updating your shipping address, payment method, delivery schedule, or selected product when available.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal is processed. If an order has already been billed, packed, or shipped, that order may not be eligible for cancellation.

Pausing or Skipping

When available, you may pause or skip an upcoming subscription order through the customer portal before the next billing date.

Returns and Refunds
